This Privacy Policy explains what information aiSuited ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It applies to aisuited.app and to the related Service.

We process personal data based on (a) the contract you enter into by using the Service, (b) our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Service, and (c) your consent where required (for example, cookies that are not strictly necessary).
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers that help us run aiSuited, under contracts that require confidentiality and purpose-limited use:
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
Hand histories you upload are stored in our database and used to power your own dashboards and AI queries. We do not sell your hand histories. We do not use your personal hand histories to train third-party models. When an AI query is issued, we route it to one or more LLM providers (currently xAI, OpenAI and Anthropic) with the minimum context needed to answer you. Your workspace is isolated: the assistant sees only your own data and never data from other users. Aggregated, de-identified patterns may be used internally to improve parsing and analysis quality.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time from your browser; this will log you out and reset your local preferences.
We keep account data while your account is active. Hand histories and derived stats are kept until you delete them or close your account. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. On account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use HTTPS everywhere, hashed and signed session tokens with a short TTL, server-side authorization, rate limiting, and restricted database access. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you in line with applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@aisuited.app from the email linked to your account.
Our infrastructure and some service providers may operate outside of your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you through the Service.
